Dear members, dear tennis friends,
The first half of the tennis year seanson is already over!
However, despite the Covid restrictions, we have already achieved a lot. The summer youth training started on time, competitions finished in some groups and the annual general members‘ meeting for 2019 and 2020 could finally take place at the end of June giving the board of TC Nittel the authority to continue with our biggest project for 2021, the renovation of our courts.
While the construction work will only start in autumn, we now want to renew the irrigation system, i.e. install two additional sprinklers at the top of the courts so that the irrigation can be more efficient. It means that the courts may have to remain closed for few days. If so, you will be able to see it in our Ballejaune reservation system (www.tcnittel.de/buchungsplaetze/) this and next week.
We will keep you up to date, not only regarding the renovation of the courts, but also about other interesting events in the club’s life. That is why we have set up – using our own resources over the past few months – our website www.tcnittel.de. The website will allow us to upload our articles, photos, reports and share them with you. The website aims also at making everything about training, dates, contacts, bookings, rankings, championships etc. accessible in one place. We invite you to visit our website.
